Focus:
The purpose of the workshop is to get together to start the collaboration regarding technical solutions for machine-to-machine communication for ship-shore data exchange. This workshop will have a technical focus especially related to standardization (what to use, what is needed, gaps), but synchronization between systems and safety and security issues are also relevant.
Outcome:
The expected outcome will be a list of action points regarding input that should be given to existing standardization work, and further discussions on how to utilize existing standards.
